Genuine Aircraft Power Supply Unit (PSU) – Ex Avro RJX100 Prototype G-IRJX

A genuine aircraft Power Supply Unit (PSU) removed from Avro RJX100 prototype G-IRJX.
This PSU was never installed or used in service. It remained in its original packaging and was stored onboard the aircraft after the Avro RJX programme was cancelled before the cabin fit-out was completed.
G-IRJX is a significant piece of British aviation history. As one of only a handful of Avro RJX aircraft built, it was withdrawn following cancellation of the RJX programme and ferried from BAE Systems’ Woodford site to Manchester Airport’s Runway Visitor Park in February 2003, where it has remained on public display ever since. 
This PSU stayed onboard the aircraft in storage throughout its time on display at the Runway Visitor Park and was only removed in 2026. I was personally present when it was removed, so I can confirm its provenance.
An excellent opportunity to own a genuine, unused aircraft component from one of Britain’s rarest preserved prototype airliners.
